Diplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 2016 im Fachbereich Ingenieurwissenschaften - Energietechnik, Note: 1,3, Technische Universität Dresden (Institut für Energietechnik), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In dieser Arbeit wurden die Nutzungsmöglichkeiten der am Turbolader Test Center (TTC) der Kompressorenbau Bannewitz GmbH (KBB) anfallenden Abwärme untersucht. Es sollte herausgefunden werden, ob es möglich ist, diese Abwärme wirtschaftlich zu nutzen. Nach der Bestandsaufnahme über die verschiedenartigen betriebsinternen Wärmequellen und -senken wurden Technologien und einzelne Komponenten der industriellen Abwärmenutzung recherchiert, dargestellt und hinsichtlich ihrer Eignung für die Anwendung bei KBB eingeschätzt. Für die herausgearbeiteten Nutzungsmöglichkeiten wurden Konzeptbausteine erstellt und aus deren Kombinationen Konzepte entworfen. Um diese bzgl. ihres Brennstoff-Einsparpotentials und ihrer Wirtschaftlichkeit bewerten zu können, musste zusätzlich eine grobe Dimensionierung der entscheidenden Komponenten vorgenommen werden. Da die Leistung der bedeutendsten Wärmequelle (Abgas des Versuchsbetriebes mit 0,15 ... 3,5 MW) nur stundenweise verfügbar ist und auch während der Betriebszeit starke Schwankungen bzgl. Temperatur und Massestrom auftreten, war außerdem eine grobe Optimierung der Komponenten erforderlich. Entsprechende Vorgehensweisen zur Dimensionierung von Speicherkapazität und Wärmeübertragerflächen wurden entwickelt. Ein Konzept zur Heizungsunterstützung und ein darauf aufbauendes Konzept mit zusätzlicher Kühlfunktion wurden aus energetischer Sicht als sinnvoll bewertet, Erdgaseinsparungen in der Größenordnung von 500 MWh pro Jahr sind erreichbar. Amortisationsdauern und Kapitalwerte wurden für verschiedene Bedingungen berechnet. Die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Konzepte hängt wesentlich von weiteren Optimierungen, dem Gaspreis und der Möglichkeit einer Förderung ab. Diplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 2016 im Fachbereich Ingenieurwissenschaften - Energietechnik, Note: 1,3, Technische Universität Dresden (Institut für Energietechnik), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In dieser Arbeit wurden die Nutzungsmöglichkeiten der am Turbolader Test Center (TTC) der Kompressorenbau Bannewitz GmbH (KBB) anfallenden Abwärme untersucht. Es sollte herausgefunden werden, ob es möglich ist, diese Abwärme wirtschaftlich zu nutzen. Nach der Bestandsaufnahme über die verschiedenartigen betriebsinternen Wärmequellen und -senken wurden Technologien und einzelne Komponenten der industriellen Abwärmenutzung recherchiert, dargestellt und hinsichtlich ihrer Eignung für die Anwendung bei KBB eingeschätzt. Für die herausgearbeiteten Nutzungsmöglichkeiten wurden Konzeptbausteine erstellt und aus deren Kombinationen Konzepte entworfen. Um diese bzgl. ihres Brennstoff-Einsparpotentials und ihrer Wirtschaftlichkeit bewerten zu können, musste zusätzlich eine grobe Dimensionierung der entscheidenden Komponenten vorgenommen werden. Da die Leistung der bedeutendsten Wärmequelle (Abgas des Versuchsbetriebes mit 0,15 ... 3,5 MW) nur stundenweise verfügbar ist und auch während der Betriebszeit starke Schwankungen bzgl. Temperatur und Massestrom auftreten, war außerdem eine grobe Optimierung der Komponenten erforderlich. Entsprechende Vorgehensweisen zur Dimensionierung von Speicherkapazität und Wärmeübertragerflächen wurden entwickelt. Ein Konzept zur Heizungsunterstützung und ein darauf aufbauendes Konzept mit zusätzlicher Kühlfunktion wurden aus energetischer Sicht als sinnvoll bewertet, Erdgaseinsparungen in der Größenordnung von 500 MWh pro Jahr sind erreichbar. Amortisationsdauern und Kapitalwerte wurden für verschiedene Bedingungen berechnet. Die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Konzepte hängt wesentlich von weiteren Optimierungen, dem Gaspreis und der Möglichkeit einer Förderung ab. Grundsätzlich wird die Weiterverfolgung der Abwärmenutzung bei KBB als sinnvoll erachtet. ENGLISH: This paper explores the possibilities for re-using waste heat that is produced by a turbo-charger testing center (TTC) in possession of the company Kompressorenbau Bannewitz GmbH (KBB). The objective was to find out whether such endeavor can be feasible. After characterizing the various kinds of heat sources and sinks at the site, technologies and components for industrial heat recovery were researched, presented and evaluated in terms of their usability for the application at KBB. Concepts have been created and feasibility studies undertaken. Highly fluctuating values in temperature and mass-flow meant a particular challenge for a rough dimensioning of the proposed plants.
