Testurteil: "Must-Have-Product"
Test: Einzeltest: Asrock H67M-ITX/HT Socket 1155 Motherboard
Zitat: For those interested in building an All-In-One media machine, the ASRock H67M-ITX/HT is a great starting point. You get the advantages of all the new technology that comes with the Cougar Point chipset. Combine that with say, an Intel Core i3 2100 or 2120 processor with their built-in HD graphics, and you get a low power consumption rig that is capable of smooth video playback. Yet if you are looking to take it a step further you can mate the H67M with an i5 2500 or i7 2600 and a powerful GPU, leaving you with one hell of an ITX gaming rig. This would be a must have for those carrying their rig from LAN party to LAN party or going off to college where space is at a premium. There are many uses for a motherboard like this. We could keep coming up with several if we had the time! Granted, the H67 is not a bad chipset at all, but we would like to see ASRock come out with a model based on the P67 to get in a little overclocking which the H67 lacks. For a gaming rig it would be nice to get a few hundred megahertz extra to enhance the performance of the machine. One issue with the motherboard, due mostly (ok quite entirely) to its size, is the lack of spacing between the CPU socket, the PCIe and DIMM slots. It will be hard to get a larger than stock cooler on this board if using a discrete GPU. At the time of publishing, we found the H67M-ITX/HT at just one location, for $157.99. Being a new motherboard it may take some time for sites like Newegg to receive the unit in stock. A ´Must Have´ for our media freaks out there!
