Test: Einzeltest: ASUS P7P55D EVO Motherboard (Preliminary Version)
Zitat: I wanted to remind before writing the conclusions that this is not the final board and the results may be better when using the final design along with the latest BIOS from the ASUS website. This board has some nice different features compared to the other boards I have tested in the past; some of them are the design of the memory slots, the dedicated EPU chips for optimizing the VRM or the TurboV chip which allows on-the-fly overclocking with a dedicated Windows application. Also, in the BIOS, I liked the feature where you can see under each voltage modification option the current voltage that is set(it is displayed realtime). By having about 8 slots for saving BIOS settings, its enough for almost anyone. Regarding the negative points, I could say that the test results were not that impressive like I would have expected, but again, I am saying that this was not the final design and the retail board can be better.
