If you are not one for automatic overclocking features then you will be happy to know that overclocking the motherboard through the BIOS resulted in some great results. We were able to hit 4.7GHz with an Engineering Sample 2500K. The yield of the retail version of this processor may have a different result but the board is definitely capable of some outstanding results. The P8P67 goes for $150 at most internet retailers. Putting it in a decent price range for new technology.
