I found a tiny con during the testing period and that was that the Vibration Compensators are really hard to install. The adaptors that come with the Noctua NF-B9 are also not sleeved, which is not a big con, but it would be nice if Noctua could incorporate sleeving on the adaptors as well. One part that may turn some people down from buying this cooler is its price, but a lot of engineering and work has went into this fan and it uses high-grade components as well as extremely strict quality control in order to maintain the highest possible quality standard. Overall I am very satisfied with the Noctua NF-B9 fan, and all the other fans that Noctua has to offer. I recommend this fan to anybody who wants to use extremely quiet computers while keeping them nice and cool.
