Die genannte Problematik haben das International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) nach langer Zeit der Reformbestrebungen sowie Kontroversen im Januar 2016 zur Verabschiedung des neuen Leasingbilanzierungsstandards IFRS 16 bewogen. After description of the uranium / plutonium fuel cycle results are reported for various isotopic compositions of reactor-grade plutonium for usability in hypothetical nuclear explosive devices.
