Testurteil: "3 out of 5"
Test: Einzeltest: Satsports Multi-Sports GPS
Zitat: The good: + Despite its wide focus, the Multi-Sports GPS impresses in all three of its primary guises. The interactive Satski software is easy to use on the Satsports´ touchscreen, with unlimited access to ski maps a welcome bonus. For golfers, the Pocket Caddy software is supplemented by Satsports´ own golfing software, which adds the likes of 3D hole flyovers, an on-board scorecard and DIY course plotting through Google Maps. On foot or bicycle, you´re equally well covered, and even get the ability to see exactly where other members of your party are – provided they´re also using a Satsports Multi-Sports GPS, of course.
The bad: - The Multi-Sports GPS may be an uncompromising all-rounder, but unless you´re a true all-rounder yourself, part of the £250-odd asking price is going towards functions you´re not going to use. And while it´s hardly big and chunky, clip the Multi-Sports GPS onto your handlebars or take it out for a run and you might end up wishing you´d gone for a more compact dedicated alternative.
As an exercise in versatility the Multi-Sports GPS gets top marks; we just wonder who´ll ever use it to its full potential.
