The ASUS P5Q Deluxe truly showed what it is made out of. It´s excellent performance compared to the low power usage was unbelievable. The Temperatures throughout the motherboard were impressive too, not to mention seeing an over 10C drop from the ICH9R chipset compared to the ICH10R. The 16 phase power also showed a much lower temperature and good stability thought the testings. The Express Gate Linux operating system also had made this motherboard one of the best out there, allowing you to access the internet, pictures, and much more in less then 5 seconds. Overall all these features with the EPU had proven a finely build motherboard. ASUS has not disappointed the public once again. Just a note to the users who only looked at the results page. The P5E3 WS Professional uses DDR3 memories compared to the P5Q Deluxe which uses DDR2 memories. For some tests that use the memory more will see a performance increase over the P5Q because of the higher speed frequency on the DDR3 modules. But surprisingly even with the DDR2 and 3 difference, the P5Q Deluxe kept up the speed with the P5E3 WS Pro on almost all the tests, and sometimes even outperformed the older X38 chipset. I recommend the motherboard to all extreme users who are looking for stability, low power usage, and high performance.
