Test: Einzeltest: Cooler Master Inferno Gaming Mouse
Zitat: When it comes to gaming mice, or mice in general for that matter, everyone has their own opinion and no two individual’s account will be the same. Some like to really get into what the mouse has to offer, which would mean diving into the included application, changing settings and recording macros. I guess we would call these the hard core gamers. While others like to keep things simple and mostly default, which would be the casual gamer. When it comes to either of these two types of gamers Cooler Master´s Inferno can easily accommodate. Cooler Master designed the Inferno and it´s software to be as simple, or complex, as the user’s imagination and skill set. I for one would call myself a causal gamer needing a little more. So while playing Starcraft and Call of Duty: WaW I managed to set a few of the shortcuts. This allowed me to shorten down my time when switching weapon or assigning a series of task to different units, which in the fast-paced games we play today, add up all of those seconds and it could mean the differencing in winning the game. I find the Inferno´s overall comfort to be quite acceptable. Compared to the Sentinel it may not be as long as I prefer, but with it being a few millimeters taller it makes up that lack of length. If you have smaller palms though, you should be right at home with the Inferno. It also may not have the add-on weight feature that we have seen from Gigabyte and Logitech over the years, but has a more than decent amount of mass to it making it still comfortable. Overall we feel that Cooler Master´s Inferno is a well-rounded mouse, tuned for the hard core gamers, but perfect just the same for the casual gamer as well.
