Konkret geht es in diesen Textsorten darum, in wessen Namen und auf welche Art Sprechen, Schreiben und Erzählen geschieht, wer jeweils Verantwortung für das Gesagte übernimmt und wessen Begrifflichkeit verwendet wird. Therefore, controlling and improving these polyphonic structures may lead to an important improvement of the professional communication in the domain of health care.
