Test: Einzeltest: Cooler Master NotePal X-Slim Laptop Cooler
Zitat: With today’s laptops running faster, and most of the time hotter, one needs a good laptop cooler. Besides the obvious benefit of allowing the laptop to actually be used on your lap, these lower temps can also help in the performance factor by prevention of thermal throttling, but prolong the individual component life too. Appearance-wise CM did a great job with the X-Slim. It is not as radical as the SF-19 we reviewed but more simple. The mixture of mesh and plastic keeps the weight down and makes the cooler easy to transport, definitely a plus for those that are on the go. The X-Slim unfortunately does not allow for control over the fan speed when powered up. If this a feature you want then CM does offer other coolers, not costing much more than the X-Slim. We would highly recommend picking up the new Cooler Master NotePal X-Slim. The X-Slim was able to lower our overall operating temperatures as much as 8C. That is not bad from a sub $20 cooler.
