But don´t expect the Raptor to be sitting at the top all by itself forever. Other manufacturers will surely notice the potential in this area and design drives to compete against the Raptor. Getting a couple of other drive manufacturers into the mix will surely get us better drives and a wider array of choices. I was quite happy with the Raptor and have decided to give it our Recommended Product award. If you are looking for a lightning quick but inexpensive drive for your SFF, look to the WD360GD and WD740GD which should also offer stellar performance.
