Test: Einzeltest: TRENDnet TEW-671BR Concurrent Dual Band Wireless N Router
Zitat: This particular router was build upon an interesting idea : to have 2 separate wireless connections, each on another band ( one on 2.4GHz and the other 5GHz ). This is excellent for people that have multiple devices in their home that support only Wireless B/G, but also some more powerful and new devices that work flawlessly on Wireless N. With this router we can have both types connected and with Internet access in the same time. In my situation, I had difficult times when Wireless N was on and I wanted to connect the Sony PS3 to the Internet, wirelessly; I always had to switch the mode to Wireless B/G. Now, this problem is gone. Also, its good to mention that we have to set different names to the Wireless networks. I have tried to set the same name to both 2.4GHz LAN and the 5.0GHz LAN; this way I could see only one network when I was doing the Wireless discovery. One thing that I would have liked to be included with this router would be Gigabit Wired LAN. This router can run only on 10/100Mbps.
