Grösste Abzocke ever
Ich habe das Handy für 149€ gekauft und wegen Hantierungsfehler zur Garantie/Reperatur. Erhalten habe ich ein Reparaturangebot für 244€. Wegen 40€ Fracht war es für mich auch nicht rentabel für mich das Handy zurückzuholen. Wie ein solches Vorgehen zu bewerten ist, überlasse ich aus rechtlichen Gründen den Lesern dieser Bewertung.Ich werde nie mehr was bei dieser Firma kaufen....mehr undefinedweniger

3 Monate keine Lieferung
Am 14.7.2021 Patronen bestellt (mit Info sofort lieferbar). Mehrmals wurde ich hingehalten. Immer wieder Lieferverschiebung. Heute Verschiebung auf Mitte Oktober 2021. Das Geld haben sie sofort eingezogen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass sie den damaligen Aktionspreis nicht halten wollen und nun auf Zeit spielen. Geld zurückverlangt. Schlechter Service
Die bestellte Ware traf mit Mängeln ein, die ich aber erst nach Inbetriebnahme entdeckte. Proshop bietet keine Ersatzlieferung an, sondern nur eine Retoure mit Reparatur, die laut telefonischer Hotline einige Wochen dauern könnte. Bestellabwicklung: Die Bestellung im Onlineshop lief ohne Probleme ab. Als Kunde registriert findet man im Kundenmenü alle Informationen (voraussichtliches Versanddatum usw.) rund um seine Bestellung. Lieferung: Der Versand der am Sonntag bestellten Ware erfolgte am darauf folgenden Freitag, die Abholung des Paketes beim Händler am Montag, DHL hat es dann am Dienstag geliefert. Zahlungsabwicklung: Nahezu alle Zahlungsarten ...mehr kosten extra. Ist zwar nicht mehr bei allen Händlern so, aber bei den Artikelpreisen kein Problem. Da der Shop noch keine Bewertungen hatte wählte ich PayPal.weniger

Kundenfreundlichkeit: Ich wurde über die Änderung des Status der Bestellung NICHT informiert. Jetzt soll ich 6-12 Monate warten auf den Artikel (Nikon Coolpix P900). Riecht nach einem Lockangebot! Bestellabwicklung: Es wird dauernd der Status der Verfügbarkeit geändert. Erst ist der Artikel lagernd, aber das Zubehör im "Fernlager". Jetzt ist die Kamera nicht mehr lieferbar. Preis erhöht und Lieferzeit 6 -12 Mon! Lieferung: ...mehr Lieferung hat es keine gegeben. Ich habe die Bestellung storniert. Lasse mich nicht veräppeln Zahlungsabwicklung: Alles kostet Geld (SofortÜberweisung, Paypal etc.), außer Vorauskasse. Sehr dubios... Ich hoffe ich bekomme meine Vorauszahlung ohne Probleme wiederweniger
