It´s superb value, has nearly everything you could want from an X99 board and it doesn´t take too many risks with the aesthetics either. The EFI needs some work and it´s more suited to water-cooled or single GPU setups but it´s the perfect partner for a micro-ATX X99 system. In many ways it´s a better offering than either of the other micro-ATX X99 boards we´ve tested too. It has better cooling than both, dual M.2 ports and SATA Express plus a 1x PCI-E slot while the onboard audio is respectable too. The ASRock Fatal1ty X99M Killer is perhaps its closest rival, and it offers better audio a slightly better EFI and dual LAN ports but there´s otherwise very little between them.
