Zeiss design look in your images, like vintage optics but modern with af. Yet not as good as Sony's 35mm lens which has OSS, the Zeiss 32mm doesn't.
Used with mixed results, some issues that make this lens less than perfect include the noisy focus, the way the front element moves, and poor speed when trying to capture the moment. Lower contrast than Sony and softer wide open but seems to collect the details better. Really noticed...mehr

shooting mostly lowlight concerts and among my lenses this one usually get in top when I edit the pics the day after, totally recommended, the AF do have its noise but that's about it.

This lens is amazing; image quality, high contrast, sharpness. It's in a strange position because it competes with Fuji's own 35mm which is an incredible lens but this equals that lens and has that Zeiss-look too. Noisier autofocus but it's fast and accurate. This is a wonderful lens for both subjects and landscapes.

This lens has a big problem and it's Fuji's own superb 35mm, either the f1.4 or the f2, but if you get this Zeiss at the right price, it's fantastic.
You already know it's razor sharp but it truly has that Zeiss look; contrast, depth, colours etc. This lens produces fantastic images and is now replacing several of my other adapted lenses at this focal length.
Is it better than Fuji's 35mm lenses? I don't know, perhaps,...mehr

The optics of this lens on both my a 6000 and a6300 are just superb pin sharp ,colour rendition is what you would expect from zeiss this lens produces image quality that is equal to images taken using my a 7 ii with the sony zeiss 55mm 1.8 the build quality is also second to non the only downside is the noisy motor and its not as bad as the sony fe 50mm 1.8 lens which i also have as i only shoot stills i don't know how it would be on...mehr

Zeiss is renowned for high quality lenses/glass and this lens is no different. This is the BEST lens in this focal length area you can get for the nex/A series cameras.
Tax sharp, beautiful colour contrast and produces colour that pops. Once you try it you won't want anything less.
