LAP LAMBERT Academic Publishing Jalalzai, M: Future of Civil War in Pakistan A1018390243
A decade long civil war in Pakistan has crippled the country's economy, agriculture and social setup . National concordance, cohesion and the concept of Pakistani nationalism has disappeared. Provinces hate each other. The brutal killing of innocent children and women of Pashtuns and the destruction of their homes is considered to be the worse kind of human rights violation in world history. In Baluchistan, Pakistani forces killed thousands Blochs and forcefully disappeared over 12000 political workers. After Musharaf resigned, Interior Ministry estimated 1,100 Bloch had "disappeared" during his rule. Interior Minister, Rehman Malik has accepted that nearly 100,000 settlers from Punjab and other provinces have been driven out of Baluchistan during the ongoing insurgency. Four private armies headed by local Bloch nationalists, being used by some hidden hands, have taken up arms against the security forces and are active to break up the country with the support of external forces.

LAP LAMBERT Academic Publishing Elmasry, W: Securing WBAODV Routing Protocol in MANETs A1028922678
An ad hoc network is a collection of wireless mobile nodes dynamically forming a temporary network without the use of any existing network infrastructure or centralized administration. There are number of routing protocols developed by researchers. Due to the nature of ad hoc networks, secure routing is an important area of research in developing secured routing protocols. Although researchers have proposed several secure routing protocols, the evaluation results of these protocols refer that they do not give complete protection against possible attacks and have some disadvantages on their performance. In this book, I examined a new routing protocol called Weight-Based AODV (WBAODV)routing protocol which is efficient and superior of the standard AODV routing protocol in performance, but is not secure. So I proposed a new secure routing protocol based on WBAODV which will be efficient and also immune against the most commonly possible routing attacks. Finally I analyzed the proposed protocol against many attacks to ensure its security and also subject it to extensive simulation tests with the most commonly well-known ad hoc performance metrics to ensure its efficiency.

The conclusion reached through the process is called a diagnosis .The term 'diagnostics criteria' designates the combination of signs, symptoms and the test results that allows the physician to ascertain the diagnosis of disease. The physician formulates a hypothesis of most likely provisional diagnosis and in many cases will obtain further investigations to confirm or clarify the diagnosis before providing treatment. This book helps dental students to understand basics of periodontal diagnosis.
LAP LAMBERT Academic Publishing Khan, R: Rayan and it's organic architecture A1020532132
My thesis is divided into two parts on is the theoretical part and the other is the design Project. This format allows me to demonstrate my understanding of architecture In both graphic and as well as in the written forms. This is necessary because architecture is both a Physical manipulation of spatial environments and an abstract intellectual exercise. A Building is quite literally a permanent part of the lives of people, and it becomes Important for the architect to recognize both the basic needs as well as the higher needs of people. Basic needs can be met by simply erecting the most convenient structure and Furnishing it with what is at hand. The architect is also concerned with higher needs, usually addressing issues of beauty. As the actual art is a nonverbal, careful graphic representation of the building is necessary as the most economical means for exploring architectural hypothesis.1 Theoretical exploration include to study organic architecture and review the works and design methods of Louis H. SuIIivan, Frank Lloyd Wright, Alvar Aalto generally but main and the major thing is to study only frank Lloyd Wright design principles and their design philosophy.

LAP LAMBERT Academic Publishing Mughal, T: Exploration of Cardioprotective & Antilipidemic P A1023885365
The aim of this study was to determine the cardio protective and antilipidemic potential of the some members of the family Zingiberaceae such as Elettaria cardamomum Maton, Ammomumsubulatum, Zingiber officinale, Curcuma longa and Alpinia zerumbet against salbutamol induced cardiac injury in rabbits. Salbutamol administered rabbits showed increased level of LDH Cholestrol and triglycerides and decreased level of HDL- Cholesterol. The results showed that the most effective plant extract was of Zingiber officinale, then Elettariacardamomum, Alpinia zerumbet, Ammomumsubulatum and Curcuma longa. So the above plants possess antilipidemic activity. In most of the plants it was shown that LDH level is increased which showed its potential towards myocardial injury except Alpinia zerumbet that showed lower LDH level which show its cardio protective potential.
LAP LAMBERT Academic Publishing Asadi, S: Optimization of sulfur recovery unit A1022947513
This book is perfect for both the faculty members and the students. It vividly describes the optical conditions of the sulfur recovery unit and simulation of unit with TSWEET. Furthermore, it provides several methods for optimization of sulfur recovery unit. This book used the process simulator TSWEET to predict the effect of various parameters on the temperature of the reaction furnace for sulfur recovery. There are a lot of sulfur recovery units that suffers from catalytic substrates damages by heavy hydrocarbons and low flame temperature of the reaction furnace. To reduce this problem, several parameters of this simulator was used to evaluate changes (To optimize the reaction furnace temperature ) the concentration of H2S, O2, Ratio of H2S/CO2, air flow rate, Acidic fraction of the gas flow entering the furnace and the reaction temperature of acid feed. I hope you will find it useful.
LAP LAMBERT Academic Publishing Mutoko, M: Economic Efficiency And Environmental Conservatio A1022947679
Poor smallholders contribute the most to land degradation due to their low investment in better farming, and ironically bear the greatest brunt of the resultant environmental impacts because they are economically vulnerable. Strategic policy intervention to address widespread resource insufficiency and production inefficiency within smallholder agro-ecosystems is indispensable in overcoming the twin challenges of land degradation and rural poverty. However, policy relevant information on efficiency gains from technological programs is rare in developing countries. Thoroughly researched and engagingly written, this book applies an innovative economic theory with ecological considerations to distinctly analyze three interrelated efficiency measures and provides empirical evidence on the benefits to improve both rural livelihoods and environmental sustainability. This book analytically integrates the essential role of suitable technological interventions. The book contributes new insights to the efforts geared towards achieving the MDGs 1 and 7, and should be especially useful to researchers and development agents interested in sustainable conservation and enhancing rural livelihoods.

LAP LAMBERT Academic Publishing Rasslan, M: Group Key Distribution in Computer Networks A1026834708
This book presents a new protocol for a scalable multicast key distribution protocol. The proposed protocol is based on Key Management using Boolean Function Minimization (KM-BFM) technique. It is considered one of the best solutions proposed for solving the scalability of multicast security protocols depending on a centralized manager. Instead of using one tree as in KM-BFM, the members are divided into a number of subgroup trees. The comparison of the proposed protocol with KM-BFM protocol shows that the proposed protocol achieves a lower storage at both the group manager and the group members compared to KM-BFM protocol. Also, it achieves a lower communication overhead in case of a single member leave and a comparable communication overhead in case of multiple leaves. Furthermore, the probability of conducting a successful collusion attack in the proposed protocol is less than that proposed in KM-BFM protocol. This is due to the fact that, in the proposed protocol, each member knows less number of keys than in KM-BFM protocol.
LAP LAMBERT Academic Publishing Bariyo, R: Community participation for healthcare delivery A1025167031
Community participation has become a buzz word in decentralized healthcare service delivery today than ever before. In Uganda, various efforts and initiatives have been put in place to build, enable, empower and promote, as well as supporting private initiatives. Some of these initiatives are voluntary and have evolved to secure resource mobilization for healthcare financing and delivery, and to ensure that the rights of healthcare service users are observed. Community participation should used for the benefit of the entire community. The central and local governments in Uganda should adequately play their "new" role of providing a more conducive political, economic, social and legal environment, favourable for community participation to mobilise resources for healthcare financing, delivery and utilisation. Alternative healthcare financing mechanisms, such as CHF, should be supported by the Government, since they play a great role in providing healthcare services to poor people in rural areas. While ensuring access to healthcare, the rights of healthcare users and providers should be respected by all actors in healthcare delivery and utilisation chain.
