Nowadays, enterprises are facing more changes and uncertainties, for the airlines, they are facing the greatest and complex challenges. It is time to manage airlines from the points of risk and strategy. And strategy risk should be managed systemically and comprehensively. Strategy management consists of strategy position, strategy choice and strategy implementation generally. In order to identify sub-factors, work-risk analysis and expert interview are used. Based on the data from many experts, 16 strategy risks (sub-factors) are generated. Analytic Network Process (ANP) is one useful method created by American professor Saaty. Superdecisions is the software which facilitates the calculation of ANP. Based on the understanding from 20 experts, the airline industry strategy risk levels were evaluated in three layers, strict control layer, control layer and watching layer. Combined with fuzzy evaluation method, it evaluated the strategy risks of 12 Chinese airlines companies and analyzed their differences. Based on the identification and evaluation, one decision model was proposed. Chinese Eastern Airline is the case study to expound the strategy risk management.

This book describes the development of a teleassistance system (GARDIEN, which stands for Gérontologie Assistée par la Recherche et le Diagnostic des Incidents et des Errances Nocturnes) as a method of monitoring elderly hospitalised patients in a passive manner. The analyses of patient clinical data helped to identify the key predictive factors of nocturnal activity. The modelling of nocturnal behaviour typically presents 4 types of patients: stable, acute paroxysmal nocturnal agitation, chronic nocturnal hyperactivity and acute-on-chronic nocturnal activity. An important aspect of the study was to develop an algorithm to identify automatically the incidence of nocturnal agitation in the elderly hospitalised patients. Finally, we developed a questionnaire to evaluate the acceptability of teleassistance systems among the patients and their family.
LAP LAMBERT Academic Publishing Kanyarugero Fidele, N: Relevance of cooperative approach in A1021333113
Assuming that rural population of Rwanda almost agricultural knows a precariousness of its productive assets specifically cultivable land. And that their organizational mode is not adapted in order to help them enjoying a sustainable socio-economic life. My main objective is to understand the magnitude of this landless and the fragility's degree of this organizational mode. I made an exploratory survey to verify four assumptions: (i) The rural population of Rwanda lives an excessive landless accompanying by a high fragmentation; (ii) This landless increases by generations to generations; (iii) In these circumstances, this operator lives an organizational mode based primarily to individualism which does not allow him to fully enjoy its physical, moral and intellectual forces; (iv) Its socio cultural environment is not hostile to cooperative mode that allowed to overcome challenges in time and space such as those uncounted by Rwandan rural population. The analysis of my findings allowed me to confirm those four assumptions and I have reached my goal. My research result is brought to knowledge of many readers, various speakers and decision-makers.

LAP LAMBERT Academic Publishing Yarosh, V: Anti - Grand Design by S.Hawking A1032666664
Next to the economic crisis by crisis sweeping the world of basic science. Some powerful oligarchic forces drive the human civilization to a standstill. Billions of dollars have been spent on the construction of a giant monster - Large Hadron Collider for the sole purpose of proving the feasibility of the Standard Model absurd. The basis of this model are unobservable dead balls - quarks, colors, flavors, gluons and the Higgs particle. Thousands of scientists rushed to Geneva with a desire to earn big money. For the theoretical prediction of the existence of Higgs particles of the Nobel Prize to two men of science. Experimental data obtained on the Large Hadron Collider does not support the theory of the Higgs fields, and never confirmed. At the same time, at the Tevatron collider was open invariant - mass energy, which the author of this book describes as short-lived fluctuation photonic structure of the physical vacuum. This fluctuation of the physical vacuum is a previously unknown chemical element that has a free cell in the periodic table. This book is an alternative to the Standard Model of the absurd and the mythical creation of the universe from the Big Bang.
LAP LAMBERT Academic Publishing Sahandi, P: Homological dimensions and Cohen-Macaulay rings A1019949588
Almost 50 years ago, Auslander, Buchsbaum and Serre used homological methods to characterize regular local rings as noetherian local rings with finite global dimension. This means that every module over such a ring has a finite projective dimension. Their characterization opened an active area of research in homological algebra. The main theme of the present book is in this line of thought. This book is divided into two parts. In the first part we mainly studied the homological dimension of a module which is not necessarily finitely generated. We prove a dual result of the well-known Auslander-Bridger formula. In his thesis [88], Tirdad Sharif defined and studied the notion of complete intersection flat dimension. Here we continue Sharif's investigation and introduce the notion of Cohen-Macaulay flat dimension with the same approach. We derive some relations between these dimen- sions and other existing homological dimensions. The subject of the second part is the semistar multiplicative ideal theory. More precisely, we deal with the going-down property of extensions of integral domains. To achieve this, we develop the theory of *-GD domains and derive its properties.
LAP LAMBERT Academic Publishing Heo, Y: Trade and Development in Contemporary Vietnam A1024548995
The processes of economic reform (Doi moi) beginning in 1986 and of deeper integration commencing in 1995 were the major changes, within which, Vietnam's international trade regime was re-shaped. After an initially hesitant start in the late 1980's, the efforts of liberalization have been accelerated since 1995 as the result of Vietnam's intensified integration into the regional and world economy with its tightening schedule for bilateral and multilateral commitments. Those institutional changes were of strategic importance in the past and will promote a new stage of development in the future. Although being implemented in a cautious and gradual fashion, trade liberalization undertaken by the government of Vietnam up to date could be regarded as successful. The success story of Vietnam in terms of progressive liberalization of trade, spectacular growth and impressive reduction in poverty incidence during the last 20 years could provide a good example of how liberalization of trade regime can be translated into trade expansion, economic growth and poverty reduction.

The number of fast food restaurants and chain is increasing because people around the world like to eat junk food. USA, Canada, Britain, Australia, Japan, Sweden etc. are the countries with most junk food consumption around the world. The junk food advertising is also play a great role in junk food's popularity along with their simplicity to manufacture, consume and versatile taste. This book provides an insight on popular junk good culture, reasons of the popularity of junk food, consequences of consumption of junk food on health. The book covers the types of junk food available in market of different countries, reasons of preferring home cooked food over junk food, problems associated with junk food, interesting facts of junk food, regulations regarding junk food by WHO and other countries, marketing facts about junk food and effects of junk food/ junk food waste on marine life.
LAP LAMBERT Academic Publishing Shakir, I: Multifunctional Nano-structures for Energy Storag A1021379082
The nanostructures of transition metal oxides have gained considerable attention for energy storage devices as they can deliver high levels of electrical power and offer long operating lifetimes, but their specific capacitance is too low for many important applications. The poor conductivity of metal oxides limits the charge/discharge rate for high energy/power densities and the specific capacitance severely decreases under high current. In this book we proposed a simple and an efficient method to improve the conductivity of metal oxide nanowires based electrodes by interweaving nanowires with MWCNTs to form hybrid energy storage devices which allow fast electron transport, fast ion diffusion and high-energy storage densities. In addition MWCNTs can accommodate large strain without pulverization, provide good electronic contact and conduction, display short ions insertion distances and make them promising candidates as electrodes in high-performance energy storage devices.
